Here at Crendon Dental Centre we are, of course, following government guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. This means our doors are currently closed for routine dental care however, there are numerous ways in which we can still be here for you!
Our patients are extremely important to us, so we want to make sure we are providing you all with as much information, advice, guidance, and care as we are able to. It is difficult for us to do this without the usual face to face service we usually provide, but here are all the ways in which we are still able to help…
Our doors might be closed but our phone lines are most definitely open! We are still available at the end of the phone to discuss your dental care, just dial 01494 528253. If you are in pain, have a question, or are worried about anything else regarding your dental care, please call us. Your usual dental team are here for you so don’t hesitate to pick up the phone.
We would like to emphasise the importance of phoning us before dialing 111 if your problem is dental related. The 111 service is under a huge amount of pressure and it is essential to alleviate this where we all can.
DENTAL VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
We miss you! That’s why we thought video consultations with you dentist would be the perfect solution at the moment. We can use these to triage your dental emergencies, provide face to face advice, and even discuss future treatments that you may be considering.
This service is especially helpful to any patients who suffer with dental fear or anxiety and have concerns about coming to a dental practice, allowing you the opportunity to speak to us from the comfort of your own home. Who knows, this might be something that we continue to provide into the future if our patients find it useful!

If you have concerns that aren’t regarding dental care or emergency treatment, such as your payment plan, etc, it may be easier to email us on [email protected]. Our Emails are being constantly monitored and we will respond to you in a timely manner, as usual.

NOT A PATIENT?
If you are not currently registered with us, we are here for you too! If you are struggling to get through to your own dental practice, we will be able to help you with advice and guidance either over the phone or via a video consultation. Our advice may be limited as we won’t have access to your existing dental records, but we will do our best for you!
Again, we would stress that calling us on 01494 528253 is always preferable to calling 111 in the first instance, even if you are not registered with our practice.
