Neel Shah
Principal Dentist

Neel graduated from the University of Bristol in 2005 and has been working in general practice for over 14 years. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and firmly believes in providing customised dental care to suit each patient’s needs. He aims to get his patients dentally fit with an emphasis on prevention. Neel’s areas of interest include restorative dentistry, removable dentures, oral surgery and teeth whitening, especially single tooth whitening. He continues to keep up to date by attending courses and carrying out Continuing Professional Development on a regular basis. Neel’s main hobbies outside of work include travelling, trekking and sampling different cuisines when he eats out.
Amanjit Sidhu

Amanjit has been practicing dentistry since 2004. She is able to immediately put patients at ease and build a rapport; the foundation for any good patient-dentist relationship. She is committed to continued learning and passionate about providing the best care for her patients. She has a special interest in placing and restoring Implants, Invisalign braces and cosmetic dentistry including veneers, crowns and bridges and will endeavour to meet all your smile needs. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Dr Shilan Aziz

Dr. Aziz began her medical background journey with a BSc in Biomedical Science before pursuing her passion for dentistry. She completed her foundation training in Norwich in 2019, then returned to her hometown of London to continue her clinical
practice.
She is particularly passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry, with a strong focus on delivering natural, confident smiles. Dr. Aziz has completed a Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and has undergone extensive training in facial aesthetics on Harley Street, allowing her to offer a comprehensive range of treatments with exceptional results. Her services include Invisalign, teeth whitening, composite bonding and facial aesthetic treatments — all tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient in a gentle, caring environment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Aziz enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling and staying active. Dr. Aziz is an experienced London-based dentist with a passion for creating healthy, confident smiles.
With a strong focus on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, she offers Invisalign clear aligner treatment as part of her commitment to providing minimally invasive, highly effective solutions tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and goals. Dr. Aziz holds a Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and has completed extensive facial aesthetics training on Harley Street. This advanced training allows her to take a holistic approach to smile design — enhancing both dental health and facial harmony. She is known for her gentle, approachable manner and her ability to help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their Invisalign journey. Jelena Mihailova
General Dentist
BDS (Latvia) 2006
Dr. Jelena Mihailova joined Crendon dental surgery in 2008, and is known as Lena by all her patients. Jelena graduated in Latvia from Rigas Stradins University and gained her General Dentist (BDS) degree in 2006. She is very passionate about dentistry and provides a calming and positive journey for her patients. Jelena has attended numerous orthodontic courses over the years and currently uses Invisalign and Clear Correct teeth straightening systems which enable her to treat cases known as, “Align, Bleach and Bond”. She can also offer treatments with the Smile Fast system. Dr. Mihailova enjoys working on complex restorative treatments and smile makeovers. To support her knowledge in restorative treatments, she has achieved an MSc Prosthodontics degree with Merit in UCLAN University, Preston. She regularly attends courses in various aspects of dentistry and provides a comprehensive range of dental treatments including cosmetic treatments. From July 2021, she has been able to offer her patients anti-wrinkle and facial filler procedures.
Hannah Chandi
Dental Hygienist
Hannah is a dedicated dental hygienist with over 3 years of experience in dental hygiene and 5 years in the dental field. Hannah has a strong passion for precision, patient education, periodontal care and strives to provide high-quality, detailed care tailored to each patient’s needs. With a special interest in gum health and prevention, she focuses on helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile through personalized support and a gentle, friendly and caring approach.
Outside of the practice, she loves spending time with family, friends and engaging in church activities.
Abraham Antony
Dental Therapist
Abraham is an overseas-qualified dentist and a GDC-registered Dental Therapist, currently preparing for his UK dental registration exams.
He is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through preventive dental care, periodontal (gum) treatment, restorative dentistry and teeth whitening. Known for his calm and friendly approach, Abraham enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a particular interest in helping children and nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
Abraham believes that excellent dentistry is built on trust, clear communication and patient education. He takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and works closely with them to achieve the best possible oral health.
Dedicated to continuous professional development, Abraham is always seeking opportunities to enhance his knowledge and clinical skills. Outside the practice, he enjoys community and social work and values making a positive difference wherever he can.

Yvonne Creedon
Practice Manager
Yvonne qualified as a dental nurse in 2015. She has recently obtained level 4 Dental Practice Manager qualifications . “It is a pleasure to work with a fantastic team of people, who make my job enjoyable and easy. The friendly, family atmosphere at this practice is unique and not easily found. Outside of work I like to spend time with my family, travel, cook and ice skate”
Dorota Detmer- Brassil
Dental Nurse & Treatment Coordinator
Dorota is a fully qualified GDC registered dental nurse. She is fluent in Polish. She has been described as “warm and friendly”, helping to create a positive atmosphere for patients who feel safe and comfortable in her care. Away from work Dorota takes care of young family and, when possible, enjoys running and socialising with friends.
Charlotte Bell
Dental Nurse / Receptionist
Charlotte is fun, caring, and enthusiastic. She always wants to make sure that everyone is happy and smiling. She is very approachable and will always try and help with any questions or queries. Her interests include socialising with friends, holidaying with her family as well as cooking with her partner. She loves caring for animals and in her free time enjoys listening to true crime podcasts.
Rabia Kalsoom
Dental Nurse
Rabia joined our practice in May 2024 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. With a natural curiosity and a passion for learning, she excels in her role, particularly in her areas of interest: implants and oral surgery. Her kind-hearted and down-to-earth demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and colleagues. Fluent in Pashto, Urdu, and Punjabi, Rabia enjoys connecting with a diverse range of patients. Outside of work, she finds joy in photography, capturing beautiful moments, and cherishing memories. In her spare time, she loves cooking for her husband, watching movies, reading books, and exploring new places through travel. Rabia’s commitment to her work and her vibrant personality make her a wonderful addition to our dental family!
Denisa Visan
Trainee Dental Nurse
Denisa is a dedicated Trainee Dental Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and at ease during their visit. She is currently completing her dental nursing training while gaining valuable hands-on experience in clinical practice.
With a friendly, caring approach and a strong attention to detail, Denisa enjoys supporting the dental team and helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment. She is committed to continuously developing her skills and knowledge to provide the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Denisa enjoys travelling, exploring new places, shopping, and spending quality time with her family. She values creating meaningful experiences and believes that maintaining a healthy work-life balance helps her bring a positive and caring attitude to her role.
Samira Szabo
Receptionist
Samira is our lovely receptionist. Originally she is from the Philippines. Samira has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Our patients love her! She is very outgoing person and is constantly smiling. Samira’s friends describe her as genuine, caring
and easy to talk to. Samira loves exploring new places because it exposes her to new people, and opens up her mind to different cultures or ways of living. Outside of work Samira loves to trek and do any activities that give her adrenaline rush.
Faeza Qayyum
Receptionist
Faeza joined our practice in January 2024, a completely new environment for her to adapt and progress into. Faeza is a resilient and patient individual with a warm and uplifting presence to all of our patients. Outside of work she has a passion for choreography and attending dance classes, where her creativity shines. Beyond dance, she enjoys travelling with friends and experiencing the joy of live concerts, always embracing new adventures with positivity.
